Shoreline Acres has achieved a Tier 4 rating from the Marin Quality Counts Consortia indicating that the program has Mastered High Quality Standards according to the Quality Counts California Rating Matrix.

In collaboration with parents, staff implement the Creative Curriculum.  We believe that children learn by doing, through active, hands on, exploration of their environment.  Shoreline Acres strives to provide a culturally and linguistically appropriate environment that is rich in developmentally appropriate materials and opportunities for active learning.  These experiences will provide support for the social-emotional, physical, and cognitive growth of the whole child leading to the ultimate goal of personal and social competence.

To provide a nurturing, supportive, all-inclusive environment in which our children, parents and staff work cooperatively to provide a program that caters to the whole child. Our school aims to enrich the social, emotional, physical, intellectual and creative development of our community's children in an effort to prepare them for early success and school readiness.
